Hotel Torino
Hotel Torino is just off of a quaint plaza, not far from everything. It is a youth hostel, so quite accomodating and inexpensive. We had to ride the bikes up into the first level behind the doors that lock at night, but it was do-able.

Another youth hostel with decent motorbike parking is the wild rover, it's a bit of a party hostel though so if you want to sleep get a room downstairs. I'm staying here at the moment, it's very clean and I'm paying 50b in a 10 bed dorm.

We stayed at Hotel Oberland. Walter is a biker and a good bloke. A double room is $US68/night and a triple $US78/night. Expensive but we thought it was well worth it. Secure parking for your bikes and space to work on them, great facilities and a 40B taxi ride into the city. The GPS co-ordinates are: South 16 degrees 34.055' West 068 degrees 05.364'

Update (dec 2017)
Just spent 2 hours checking out hotels.
Hotel Torino - no go they did not have parking
Hostel Wild-Rover no go as well they told me it was not possible because they had no room in hall. They installed a small desk in hall.
Hostel across street from Wild-Rover - no go for big bike because 3 steps high to courtyard and they didnt have a ramp.
Bacoo - I meant to reach it but they are located on a street that is pedestrian only(seemed like - damn maps.me) so I gave up as cops were on location.
Pirwa - has parking for 2 big bikes - this is where we are staying 210Bob for a private room queen bed but shared bedroom.
Wish we had gone there first.
Another option - Hotel Davina : they had parking but room was 400Bob - I declined

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
