THE FULL ADDRESS IS :

Excellent, experienced mechanic, helpful and speaks a bit of English. Good diagnostics skills, systematic and refers to manufacturer manuals for the fine details, which is very reassuring. If you're in Sucre pop by there for a quick once-over even if you have no specific worries.

I got a load if basic stuff done their including valves and the usual stuff like oil change, filters, etc. Niky also repaired the damages to my bike after a crash in Chile. So far the work he did has held up and I was very pleased with service and price. Niky seems like a really decent guy and he obviously loves bikes and takes his work seriously. Definitely a +1 from me.

Mechanic in Sucre, Bolivia

I echo everything said above. Niki carried out a routine service on our 2 x Honda CB500X in February 2017. He was incredibly professional and thorough with his work. We received a far better service than anything we have seen from Honda in Chile or Argentina. I would unreservedly recommend him to any overlanders passing through Southern Bolivia.

Niki speaks good English, and is straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. He is still to be found at the address above - walkable from the centre of town.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
