What technology do you need?
Note there will always be a laptop and LCD projector/beemer available. If you need anything else, please let us know. Ideally a flash drive is best with your presentation in PowerPoint. A CD will do, but is often a problem. TEST IT on other computers besides your own to make sure it works!) If you have a laptop and can bring it, that always helps to make sure it works! If your presentation is from a MAC, best to bring the Mac, we have PC's but rarely have a Mac available. Also make sure you have the adapter to connect your mac to a VGA port.
Powerpoint, HU supplied laptop, remote control and a screen is available for all presentations .
How long would you like? We normally limit presentations to 45 minutes , plus 5 or so for questions. If you really need more time, let us know so we can try to work something out.
