As Eurovision song contest takes place in Ukraine this year, then (at least for estonians and guessfully most of EU citizens) the borders are w/o visa from 1st may till 1st september 2005.

Right now, EU citizens don't need a visa for Ukraine.
However, when you visit Ukraine, you should consider going through Moldavia, too. You definitely need a visa for Moldavia.

NB!!! Ukraine: re-check if "visa-free" info is correct. Just heard it's VISA-free only if arriving/leaving at airports. Certanly check is there VISA requirement if entering country with own vehicle!

Hi,
I am writing this from Urman, Ukraine.
Entered Ukraina twice from Slovakia and from Romania, respectively _without_ visum.
No problems at all (except from selfmade ones) and very fast (dealing with officers max 15 minutes). They did not even ask for the green card.
Regards
Lars

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
