have seen those in Russia - think there like a cheap + cheerful jeap (amphibious maybe??) - built in the soviet days - along the lines of the modern UAZ - this site probably has it - but couldnt find it myself

did a google search out of curiosity and apparently it is a Luaz - these guys used it to tour: Treasure Hunting in St. Petersburg
