looking for a bike in Sydney

I'm looking for a bike to tour Australia for half a year in Sydney. I'll arrive on the 5th of november in Sydney. I have a Transalp at home, I also rode a KLE in South America. I would consider something similar or with less cc. I also want a topcase, if possible and will need helmet and Jacket (I brought the other stuff). I thought about spending 5000 AUS on this. So, if anyone has something to offer, reply. Thank you,

Hi Karl I am in Melbourne but I have a really nice V Strom 650 for sale .Its 2008 with ABS & only 23000ks on the clock. Has top box & all the extras. Have just changed to a Bonneville so the much loved Wee has to go. Not advertised yet. Need $6800, more than your budget but easy to resell. Has Rego for one year aswell. Its Silver.
