The Must Do Roads in NZ
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Im heading to Nz South Island in a couple weeks, have Organised a bike and a tent and am super excited to go. what Im after is asking you experienced lot of the must do roads and camps. I have two weeks there and a KLR650, would love to get off the beaten track a bit and see as much as i can. Any advise would be awsome!!!!! Cheers :helpsmilie: xxx |
Poolburn and Lake Onslow, and the Nevis Road in Central Otago are both musts. I'm going down that way again next week. Lake Taylor and Loch Katrine in North Canterbury is a good overnight camp ride too.

Think about 20k of gravel if I remember.....ace camp spot.
