Bike Swap Asia or NZ/Australia
 

Hi fellows
Wonder if any in these regions/countries could consider a bike swap with me located in Denmark?
I have two different bikes that I would offer: Honda ST 1100 Pan European and Honda XL650V Transalp.
Also have a house that could be available on the right circumstanses.
I dont have a scedule yet but are just testing the waters for now.
I'm 59 years old.

I reckon this is a great idea.

What are your thoughts on ground rules?

I was thinking a few things to consider would be the ‘borrower’ would need to do a few things;

- deposit whatever the insurance excess would be if it’s crashed

- cover the registration (road tax) on a pro-rater basis for the borrow period

- something with regard to tyres wear?

Thoughts?

I think it's a great idea.
The devil may be in the detail but trust and faith go a long way.
All I have to offer is a 1989 K75. Super reliable with side panniers, top box and tank bag. Not idea for off road but adequate for some interesting gravel roads.
I'm a young 66 with own home and sailing boat.
Let's talk turkey if you are planning on coming to NZ.
