Seeking to rent a bike for 1 - 2 weeks in Italy?
 

Hello all!

I am seeking to rent a motorcycle above 600 cc in size and suitable for 2 up riding within the Italy area.I would especially covet a Triumph Explorer or a BMW GT series as well as any other suitable bike for mid-range touring. I've looked at the various rental options and thought I would try the "private sector" as most of the dealerships seem inordinately expensive.

I will be in Italy from the period of August 1st until approximately the 10th, I realize this is a bit of a short notice tho.

I've had over 15 years of experience riding motorcycles of all different types, both dirt and street and everything in between. This past spring I enjoyed spending about a week on an Aprila 750 in the western region of Turkey, when I am back in the States I enjoy putting miles on my Triumph Speed Triple and my BMW K-1200R. I am an avid gearhead and have no accidents to my riding history and take care of whatever I am riding like it was my own.
