I shipped her from Montreal to Germany via AirCanada’s special. My wife and I went back several times for 2-3 week rides each time but now we’re ready to do some other adventures. It’s been an awesome set up to have our own bike there.

Clean and loaded, ready to ride.

Not impossible that you'll find your buyer, but that's significantly more expensive than the same bike costs in Germany already, and that's before the cost to make it legal on local roads.

Priced as "asking" so offers are welcome (as well as opinions or anything else you feel like sharing) :)

That's good to know but I priced based on what I see for US bikes for sale. Probably more appealing for a US resident to buy and keep registered as a US vehicle for the same price as a US bike but without the expense and hassle of shipping.

I would agree with the previous reply. A similiar (year/mileage/spec) bike recently sold here in Ireland for $7900 or €7000. A 2011 GS with 34000km no panniers, few extras sold for €5500 or $6300. These are straight private sale prices not dealer stealer ones.

If your happy to wait for your customer from the Americas then fine but that client also has other more cost effective options for a single trip like Buy to Sellback operated by some companies over here. Plus the additional cost of storage while you wait for the right person.
I dont know how much it would cost a European citizen to re register the bike in their home country but it would also affect your offer price I'm sure.
I did the same as you a few years ago and bought a bike in the US and have been going back for the last 3 years travelling, getting my value out of it. Heading for Alaska this August.
From the pictures you appear to have a very nice bike than anyone would be proud to call their own. Good luck with the sale.

However, in general it is not appropriate to publicly criticize prices on "for sale" threads. Nor is is ok to criticize means of title transfers, predicted incapacity, maintenance needs or prior treatment of whatever is being sold. My comments were never ment to offend or affect the sellers sale. I thought I was being helpful when the seller asked for input.
The bike mentioned is a super bike and I am in no way demeaning it.

I am in the process of actually buying a GS at home hence my knowledge of the real prices available in my country presently.
