Looking for a bike for Europe
 

I'm heading to London in the begging of July and am looking for a cheap bike (or something to rent) that I can use for two months to travel around England, Scotland and then down to France Italy etc. My budget is limited and I am not familiar with documents that I must get for this jaunt. If anyone has info on bikes and paperwork that would be stupendous.
