NEEDED: ADV bike in Europe

Looking for an ADV bike in Europe with a transferable title (U.S. registration?). Have to ride through Russia and can't do it with the dodgy paperwork on my current European bike. Need to prep the bike and be ready to go by first week in May,2020.
