WR250R for sale @ MotoCamp Bulgaria
Hello,
This is a bit of a different kind of sale. This bike belongs to a friend with whom I rode the Trans Euro Trail last fall. That trip was my friends bucket list dream as he was battling a very dangerous cancer. My friend passed away two weeks ago and I'm now helping the family with the sale of this bike which is situated at the finish point of our TET trip: Moto Camp Bulgaria. The bike is a WR250R with less than 25000 km on the odometer. It has:
Now the bike needs a little repairs, here is what I think this bike needs:
As you can imagine there's possibly a few unknown regarding the bike. All I know is that its running well and just need a bit of TLC and new parts before hitting the road again. The pricing will be adjusted accordingly and this is not a sale where we are looking to extract a maximum price. The goal here is really to help the family close this part of the succession. Hopefully we can find someone and settle on a price which would make both parties satisfied. A lot can be discussed and worked out. I will be in charge of handling this sale and Im open to propositions. Price is up to discussion but I reckon it should be less than 3000 euros. Thank you! https://ibb.co/d4FGNCw |
Do you have any pictures of the bike?

Where is it registered?
As a guide for you I’m selling my 09 UK registered WR250R, with 14,000 miles on the clock for £2.7K GLWTS |
I'd possibly be interested depending on the difficulty of getting it registered in my name / where it's registered. Keep us updated, I'll be in Europe in 3 or 4 weeks. Good luck either way, Dan

Sorry but couldn't link a picture in the post but you can check our blog for some pictures of the bike.
https://surlatet.blogspot.com/ I also have a WR250R, the one for sale is the one with the Lynx fairing. The bike is registered in Canada, Quebec. My understanding is that to register the bike we first have to import it. When we passed customs in Italy they told us it was 8% of the bike value for import. The second part would be to register it. This would have to be figured out by the buyer and according to his country's regulation. |
