Andreani Misano fork inserts
 

I have a set of these fork inserts for my R100GSPD. The instructions are very poor, translated from Italian. Has anyone fitted them? The part I can quite understand involves "throwing out the reduction tube" in a lathe. Does that mean cutting the stanchions? I've taken an old set of forks apart to experiment on. Inside the stanchions at the bottom there is a spring and some clips in the way, so the cartridge doesn't slide all the way down.

great instructions, These have been on my wish list for a while. After you have been riding for 6 months a update would be greatly appreciate.

I've used them a lot now, and can say they are a big improvement. I've also had my Ohlins rear shock refurbished, and am using Mitas Enduro Trail XT+ tyres. Off road the bike is hugely improved, in all conditions. This week i've been riding in mud and deep water. It's so much easier to control and to ride fast.
