Bleeding brakes (1150 GS ABS)

Just wondering if the procedure is any different than bleeding brakes on a bike with a standard brake system.

Can't get to that site from my work computer. I'll have to wait until I get home. Is it that complicated?

My 1150GS is non-ABS, so I'm not sure?

I have read various threads on this subject & there appears to be an order to doing it. I think you also need to bleed the various pumps etc in a sequence. It's not necessarily complicated, more a case of there's a right way & a wrong way to do it. If you're not sure, do the research first.

Hi Norcal

There's also plenty of info. if you visit www.ukgser.com and search the technical forum for "bleeding ABS".

I used the suction device mentioned when I did mine and it worked a treat.

Good Luck.

Mick
