BMW Dakar 650 2007
 

I have bought a 2007 Dakar 650 for an overland trip but as i am vertically challenged i will have to have it lowered to fit me.
I have Kouba lowering links and am prepared to chop the seat. If this isnt enough does anyone have experience with lowering the Dakar and know how much lower i will be able to get it?
Unfortunately the bike is in Ireland and i am in New Zealand so i wont be able to do any of the work until I arrive end of April.
