Not sure about the Tonbridge guy but from Folkestone you have Jim Cray in Faversham he is the font of all knowledge when it comes to BMW , Honest, fair and a nice guy to boot (in my humble opinion ) hope this helps !

A bit further away but if you don't mind going back up to London you have Neil (Steptoe) Harrison who runs GSshop, another brilliant independent who's a font of all BMW knowledge.
