F650GS twin stuck in Kenya with EWS fault
 

Stuck in a small village in Kenya with EWS fault 😬

Any thoughts welcome!

As I understand it it could be the ring antenna or the wiring to it.

Any other potential reasons?

Happened after a lot of vibration which shook my battery terminals loose. Have been having battery issues in general.

More background - My Alarm/RDC control unit got damaged a few months ago and is currently disconnected. Possibly relevant
