F800GSA: Tire Dealer in Turkey?
 

Hi everybody,

I plan to travel to Iran through Turkey later this year (and then onwards to India from there). Currently I do have street tires on my bike which will be good until Turkey.

Can anybody recommend shops there that I can change tires at? If you have recommendations on the tire, I will be glad aswell - I thought about a Karoo3 or something like that. I plan to go mildly offroad but no rough stuff ;)

Assuming you will enter Turkey from Edirne, Istanbul is very close and there you may find a variety of motorcycle tire and equipment dealers in different locations. Two of them, that I know, are on Anatolian side. One is Hasanpaşa and the other is Kızıltoprak. Around the points I have given above are lots of different shops which can both sell and change your tires.

As for the tire recommendation, most of my friends who own an enduro(ish) here prefer to use Tourance EXP or NEXT for riding around Turkey but most of them does not do much off road tbh.
