R1150 Clutch Master Cylinder Rebuild
 

I'm stuck in Lima. Peru having trouble getting the clutch master cylinder to work on my R1150GS. Does anyone have any experience installing the rebuild kit internals and can anyone tell me what the tiny hole is for in the resiviour? Also, has anyone had trouble bleeding the system afterwards without using a speed bleeder and vacuum pump (the dealership does not have one.)

The little hole supplies the fluid from resevoir to the "pump"
Take care that seals are the right way round.
I've read about the slave cyl failing on the 1150. Be sure to check that too - if you've not already!
