Rescued by Migsel
Just wanted to put a word in for Mike at Migsel.
On Friday 20 May I set off on a trip across Europe and Asia and got as far as my pre booked hotel in Brussels. As I got off outside the entrance my 4 year old Migsel stand snapped. On a long shot and knowing Migsel are based in Belgium, I emailed Mike around 8 in the evening and he responded immediately. Long story short, he arranged for the stand to be repaired, which was done by lunch time Saturday and also offered a bed for the night. I would just like to say a huge thank you to Mike for such a rapid response and for helping me to get on my way so quickly. I would give a longer version, but I'm typing on my iPhone and it's a pain in the butt. |
That's another great story of quality service from a company that clearly cares about customers. Restores my faith in people when you hear things like this, when you've had a day dealing with Shite companies that don't give a damn once they take your money. Hope the rest of the trip goes with out problem.
