Tiny hole/slit on front tire
I noticed that a tiny rock had made some damage to the front tire (see image)

Looks like it's less deep than the rise of the knob over the base layer of the tire... so it's just a slit in a square of solid rubber. No worries.
Furthermore, it looks similar to what I have seen on street tires after riding over a rain gutter grate or similar... tiny little slits that actually seal up by themselves next time your tire gets hot. |
Flint cut, pretty normal and as AnTyx says, it's on a raised knob so plenty of depth there. Usually the flints fall out but it wouldn't hurt to probe it with a small screwdriver to make sure you haven't got any bits remaining in there that could work their way further in over time.

looks familiar I have Mitas e07 Thats nothing the rubber is dam hard on these tires
