yet another +1 for the Exped. The short extra time it takes to inflate (over the Thermarest) is soon forgotten after a decent nights sleep.:thumbup1:

I just found a video from Exped in the states showing off their new pump bag (Schnozzel Pumpbag) that fills the mat in just under two inflations - really fast compared to the built-in pump.

I must admit I always preferred the bag pump method with my older Exped - faster at any rate.



There's also a tube you can buy that you can hook up to any of the Exped compression sacks with a valve and do the same thing if you don't want to carry around an extra inflation sack.

plus one for exped use mine all year just got back from the elephant it was minus 15 in the tent and the exped worked wonders , also slept on it in Morocco no probs have to say its in my top five bits of kit and with the chair kit saves carrying an extra item
