FC-Moto in Germany?
 

Hi All

I'm trying to find the street address of the shop of FC-moto.de in Germany. I know they are based in Aachen, but not sure where the shop is. Does anyone know the address?

My wife is looking to for the Rev'It Tornado ladies jacket and they have it at a good price. Thinking of stopping at the shop on our way down to eastern Europe....

Can't really use the shipping option, because we're leaving the UK in a few days and it won't get here before we leave.

I ordered a helmet from them online in the past, and it was a customer service nightmare! They sent a defective helmet to me and after returning it for replacement (at my cost), they sent me the same still defective helmet back to me as my "replacement" then said it wasn't their fault. You have to e-mail 4-5 times for a reply, and they still don't answer your question in full. So, make very sure the whatever you buy is not defective before you leave the shop. I wouldn't count on any after-sales service.
