These guys might know someone in the area who would rent a bike. To my knowlege they do not do rentals. Never hurts to ask.
Their business is tours. I have no personal experience with this company.

You can get bikes through this site in Guadalajara. I used their site to rent from the same supplier in Cancun this past January. Great service.
