Garry, looks like the restricted use by plate number is going to hit motos, too.
At least they are putting the bike and car priority spaces at the intersections.

Hopefully that won't happen but I guess there are more and more bikes in the city so we may be attracting more government attention. It then makes sense to have more than one bike. When "Hoy no Circula" first started it incuded bikes and for some reason we were excluded some time later. I have 2 little 125s at the moment plus the V-Strom.
This will obviously make visiting the city a pain if people have to come in and leave on the right days.

will that rule apply to foreign plated bikes?

Probably, it does to other foreign plated vehicles.
