hiring in Costa Rica
 

Howdy,
Me and a mate are arriving in Costa Rica in about two weeks after last minute arrangements. Could anyone recommend a place to hire bikes in Costa Rica (preferably San Jose).
Also do you know if its possible to ride across borders on rental bikes.
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated for a first time bike trip out of our cosey little country
