Mexico border crossing with more than 1 bike??
 

I will be driving solo with 2 motorcycles behind my vehicle into Mexico. Does anyone know if they have changed the law allowing 1 bike per person crossing into Mexico?

I do not think you can even take one motorcycle across the border while you are driving another(your truck), let alone 2 motorcycles. I know you cannot even bring 2 computers with you (although in that case they would not know if you were as they never actually check at border).

Someone correct me if I am wrong about taking even one MC across border please !

You can cross, at least in San Yisidro, not sure about temp import if you go out of the zona econimia.

I have yet to cross the border but everything I've read suggests that every vehicle must be registered to a separate adult when crossing the border.

Further, thoughts.................I have crossed many times into mexico with motorcycles and cars and my pickup, All you do is check with immagration at the border and they stamp your passport and you give them info on your transportation and they never even go out to look at you pickup, so you can indeed have a motorcycle in it. So then you are good to go untill checkpoint further on (I think it is about 90 miles further down Baja but not sure about mainland) there they will check ALL your paperwork and here is where you will run into problelms as I am quite sure you are only allowed one mode of transportation per person ! (when you leave mexico you can just go out so if you sold that motorcycle they would not know, whcih is why they will have this check of paperwork at the 90 mile point, (they make it 90 miles so as not to hinder the weekend visitors going to Mexico).
