I gone lave end of May mexico and need to sell the bike
Gone be about 18000 miles when i am done in Mexico maybe a bit more.
New chain done about 2000miles ago.
Bike in good conditions and ready to ride.
H&B crashbars and sidecases.
Spareparts and all nesecary tools within.
Got a stiffer spring in the rear suspention mounted.
Regulary oil and filtet change and service done.

Are you planning to take the bike to the border to legally import and pay Aduana taxes so the buyer will have title and pedimento? Or does the bike have Mexican plates, factura or pedimento now? If it is US plated, there will be a 3 to 4 day wait at the border while waiting for US customs to cancel out the title.

You can find clean low miles KLRs from time to time throughout Mexico for around $75,000 pesos factura nacional. Mexico bought and plated. If you do the importing someone might buy it faster at a lower price. As it stands, it is no bargain. Especially if someone else has to go through the legalization process.
