Insofar as it's only available in Europe, it offers very little advantage over a standard roaming plan. If they have it working in all of continental US and upper Mexico by now, then that's a valid sales proposition. Once Phase 4 is done and it really does cover all of Canada, South America, Africa, SE Asia and Australia (including the empty bits), then yes, it will be a very strong contender. |
