**&%*ing Garmin !!!
Anyone had problems with Garmin power supply units? I use a Legend C on the bike and to save on batteries bought the Garmin 12v plug in power supply unit. Plugged it in, started the bike and POOOOF that was the end of the GPS!!
I am guessing that there was a power surge which has killed the unit but the 12v supply unit is supposed to be fused to prevent that happening. I am in the process of writing a stinky letter to Garmin but wondered if anyone else has had similar problems?
