Just an idea, why not heated grips? We never had to worry about getting good gloves, and they helped keep us warm despite riding in real cold conditions

I have found that foam grips help. They are a little larger than the stock grips.
I have tried those fabric wrist braces but then its hard to get your gloves on.
Also gel grip gloves help some.
It can depend on the position of you handle bars. If you can raise them or bring them back towards you that may help.
I have a BMW R100R and on that bike there is a friction screw that will hold the throttle open. That helps if you don't have the spring tension to fight all the time.
I have found that there are some bikes I can not ride. Almost any bike that puts me with my weight on my arms (sport bikes) are to painfull.
I hope some of this will help.
John
