exactly what it is, I never had problem with mitas tyres, currently on E-09 as well. Very good and not expensive.

E-09 are only 20% road tyres:

Purchessed a Honda CRF1000 fitted with K60 Scouts on.
Was not impressed with the tyres apart from the tyre wear.
Fitted a set of Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyre.
Very impressed with the all-around performance of the SRT and would strongly recommend trying these out next time you need tyres.

very good tyres indeed, on par with michelin rally desert but freaking expensive...twice as mitas.
