Thanks for the TKC-80s! they were waiting for me in istanbul when I got ther monday around lunch. We fitted them and left the next day, now in Thessaloniki Greece and moving on to Macedonia :scooter:

We purchased tyres from Bora when we were in Turkey and I couldnt have asked for better service or price. He is a lovely bloke who really looks after people. Hopefully I will catch up with him in the not too distant future.

I can vouch for Bora too...
 

Today I have spent a few hours in Bora's good company...not only did he sort me out on a difficult to get tyre for Batty...A Royal Enfield, he also arranged it to be fitter (very well and reasonably). Then his colleagues (whose name I have forgotten alas), without prompting started washing her and had her gleaming in no time...it was service with a very big smile.

Safe and honest hands for anyone needing tyres etc in Turkey.
