Help with my Hepco Exclusiv panniers

The lid of my 40 L Hepco Exclusiv panniers recently got driven over by a car and looks as if it is beyond repair. Hepco say that I need to buy a new pannier but would prefer not to spend £270 + VAT when all I need is a new lid. Does anyone have any suggestions?
