How many years befor you change your pipe?
 

I have a 07 dakar and I am looking to fit an adventure pipe on it, but I am also doin a RTW in about 3yrs time. Should I wait til nearer the time or would this last if i got it fitted now?

I believe the exhaust is stainless, no? Should last a lot longer than 3 years, especially in the climate zone where you are riding. Unless, just maybe, if you only use the bike to go fetch the milk and paper in the morning and commute 3 km to work.
