Ohlin shock set up for the 1100, 1150

Hello, My name is Karl. This the first time I have ever posted or chatted. I am an R-1100GS rider with 55,000 miles on my '95. I was wondering if anyone has experience setting up, (adjusting)the Ohlin shocks on the GS?
