Hi Lift Jack

Hi

Does anyone know a good deal for getting a Hi lift Jack? What sort of price have others paid for this piece of kit?

Dan, just take a look in a 4x4/Land Rover mag and find somewhere close - any savings on a cheap price are quickly negated by postage !

Depending where you live - a run to Sodbury Sortout normally will get you a good price.

IMHO the Jackall is slightly better made though not much in it.

Do you really need one ? - they are heavy and awkward to stow - and only come into there own when you are bogged badly in mud.

IMHO all other times you can dig sand out, air down and use mats - the jack rarely needs to be used - much quicker.
I would quite happily leave the Jackall at home and take a good quality bottle jack or even two and decent jack pad - I would not just take the Jackall though.....

Cheers

Hi lift, checkout ebay but beware hilift is a brandname and some of the jacks on e bay are inferior but a bit pricey. £60 i think will get you one. I bought an exhaust powered airbag for £20 good bit of kit too.

Where did you get your exhaust bag jack from?

I've got an exhaust "air jack" for sale. Send me a private message if you are interested.
