I sell my camel. Serie 2 petrol, SWB 1962.

All in perfect condition except body (which I never bothered). New 2.28 5MB Landy HC engine, new carb, (extra one) new dizzy with electronic ignition, new extra electric fan, new half shafts, new main shafts, new bearings new many things. Both canvas and aluminium top. 2 tanks, space for 2 extra tyres, reinforced springs etc... All LR original but E.I. and extra electric fan.

Great for Africa, very good with sand, rocks, rivers... etc
Very easy to fix

The 1962 Series II Land Rover is still for sale.

We drove from Barcelona to East of Tichitt with no mechanical problems, only a suspension nut broken.

No rust, great mechanical state, it only needs some paint job.
