suspension: Ironman or OME for HJ 61?

Does anyone have experience on how Ironman and OME compare to eachother? (is OME worthe the extra money?) I'm working out a deal for a nice HJ61, including new tyres, rims and suspension, and not sure what to go for.

Hi
A friend in South Africa specialises in Cruisers and swears by OME - claims they last longer than any other shocks/springs.
Good luck

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the info, last weekend I've bought the HJ61, with only 150.000 km, and decided to install the complete OME package, after exchanging info with some other experienced drivers. For more information, have a look at www.travelmaniacs.nl, a motorcycle trip with 5 bikes anf a Troopie, of 18.000 kilometers , including some dunecrossings in Mauretania and the Ténéré desert. (I also write for motormaniacs.nl in Holland, I think you know Daan van der Keur.)

Best regards,
Marcel

Hi Marcel, I have used both types on the same car and OME is far superior, even at the higher price.
