Tyre deflators
 

I was given today a set of "Staun Tyre Deflators". They're made in Australia. The idea is that you calibrate them beforehand to the desired pressure (between 6-28 psi) and then when you want to deflate, you screw one onto each valve. It then lets the pressure down to the calibrated level. When it's finished, you take them off, and drive...
Has anybody else tried them?

I have used the ones sold by Oasis offroad- could be a rebadged version of the same one?
They aren't too good if you only let a couple of pounds out, but if you release more than 30% of your pressure they work ok.
IMHO they are more usefull for recreational offroading, most people I know don't air up and down that often for expedition driving.
