There are a number of 12 X 20 off road Russian tyres for sale in the UK at 25 pounds each. They are not mine and I have no interest in the sale of them apart from they are cheap!! We use them on our Russian Military trucks which you can see here ZIL131.CO.UK GALLERY
They are not suitable for high speed driving and may require balancing but they are great for offroading
