Horizons Unlimited - The HUBB - Anyone willing to provide an address for my Irish bike purchase/rego/insurance?

Greetings all
I have been arranging to buy a bike in England, get it registered and insured there using a friend's address there but the Brexit question has put some doubts over this.
I was hoping that there may be an Irish member here that could help/advise as to how I could get this done in Ireland. Maybe allow me the use of their address for the papers.
I hold an Australian and EU passport, just no address in EU to do the paperwork.
Im thinking of buying new to save time/hassle and was hoping to arrange insurance (comprehensive) for the bike for a year.
Storage was going to be under the radar in my friends garage in England.

Any assistance much appreciated.
