Bike winterstorage in greece
 

Hi there!

I came from Holland to Turkey with my bike and as i can only keep my bike in Turkey for 6 months before i have to pay a tax i want to store it for the winter in Greece and drive back in the summer. Anyone know a place or has a place i can store my 1995 pegaso?

1-Attention pls. you can keep your bike inside the country for maxium 180 days if you are also inside Turkey.If you wish to leave earlier while your bike here, you have to declare it to customs parking area and get a written confirmation to leave the country without the vehicle.Thats a long paperwork and has 5-7 USD parking fee per day,for 1 month each time and must be extended before the staying date expires..

2-Dougs camp currently is the safest,cheapest and best place for this purpose and popular.She will not be alone there!!!

3-I remember a few years ago,my friend Richard from NL.(partly in HUBB also as always on travel) did so in Athens for 35. euros per month.If this will be a solution,details below.Better contact with the garage before being there..
