Border Crossing Montenegro to Kosovo

Is it possible to pass from Montenegro to Kosovo then into Macedonia and Serbia.
I am sure I read somewhere about Serbia not liking you going into Kosovo?
But I can't find it now.

Thanks

Wayne

Having been in Kosovo has never been a problem for Serbia, if you did not enter Serbia via Kosovo. And even the latter is now no longer a problem. Getting that sorted was one of the conditions for Serbia to be granted "candidate EU member" status.

Previously Serbian border guards on the Kosovo-Serbia border would claim by being in Kosovo you were already on Serbian territory but without an entry stamp, hence illegally.
As mentioned, this is no longer an issue. I think EU residents don't even need a passport any more, a simple national ID is enough (at least that is the case for BE residents, I assume it applies to any EU resident).

A friend and I were crossing into Montenegro from Kosovo about a fortnight ago and unknowingly tried entering a small Serbian enclave that exists between the two countries and were denied entry because of the Kosovan stamps in our passports. The Serbian police officer said if we had another ID without the stamp we could use that or take a 60 km detour that went straight into Montenegro which we did. We had no problem entering Serbia a couple of weeks previously but had not been to Kosovo at that time.

Don't worry. In that order of entering in the countries (Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia), you will not have any problems.
