bulgarian cdp for european citizens
 

does anyone get a cdp to travel in Iran , Pakistan India , at the bulgarian automobile club ?
i was told it costs 1500 euros for the deposit , sounds interesting considering France it is 3500 ...
any information welcome , thanks
