Danube ferry Romania-Bulgaria
 

Anyone know if the ferry from Zimnicea in Romania to Svishtov in Bulgaria is running (mid Sept.)? I thinks it's mostly a truck ferry - any issues with taking 2 bikes on board?

The one at Oryahovo is certainly running - I came over it on my bike a few weeks ago.

Rather amusing amount of paperwork just to cross a few hundred metres of river!!
