Hi folks, I am planing this roundtrip next spring. So I need all kind of informations about border-crossings, Visas, accomodation, costs an so on. ´My bike is a ten years old BMW GSPD. Thank you all, Heinz

In summer 2003 I travelled with my BMW GS 1100 across Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.

I don't know if my reply is too late for you, but I am living in georgia (BMW R1150GS AdV and Ducati Multistrada) and I can give you advice and assistance as well as putting you in touch with the Georgian bikers.
