A bit hard to give good advice on such limited info. If you are talking about insuring a non-European registered bike I suggest you contact Motocamp Bulgaria (Google them). I've used them multiple times over the last few years. Last time the price was 60Euro for one month/100E for 2 months/150E for 3 months. Hope this helps.
