Green Card for US registered car
 

Greetings,
I am driving around the world and approching Europe. Can I possibly get a green card for my car, which is US registered car? I tried to get this in US but most companies have not even heard of green card.
can someone please help?

Yes, in Germany step into any office of the ADAC and you can take it out by the month, max. 1 year. In other countries you can try the relevant auto clubs, but I don't know whether they are still doing them.

If you prefer to organise it beforehand head to the Paperwork forum here, there should be a link to "Knopf Tours". They do them for bikes through the ADAC, but I suspect that it will be the same procedure for a car.
